When we first moved to East Moriches a decade or so ago Sunrise Highway stopped at William Floyd Parkway. By that I mean that almost all the traffic on the road exited at 58 South. Traffic follows me alot farther east nowadays yet our town seems to mostly stay the same. There were fourteen new homes built in my area of town in the last ten years and now comes all the congestion that goes along with the growth. Businesses seems to spring up on "the bypass" everyday, but you know what?...

We're a place that remains rural...yet well traveled...

...the air is still crisp and clear, crime is non-existent and we're five minutes away from world class beaches, fishing and golfing. We don't regret for one second "the move out to the woods" we made back then. So take a look at our site...if you like a place close enough to basically anything you ever need yet still far enough away that you're always amazed at how quiet it can really get...then you'll love East Moriches !!!
